Thai-Shiatsu Bodywork
In Thai-Shiatsu bodywork, the receiver is gently moved in a flow of assisted yoga stretches, while the practitioner applies powerful acupressure along  the body’s energy pathways (meridians) using palms, thumbs, forearms, elbows, feet, and knees.  This form of Asian bodywork includes joint mobilization, rhythmic movement, breath work, and meditation.  It invites a deep release of tension, and restores body-mind resilience.  It awakens and balances the vital life force, encouraging radiant health.

Amma Massage
Amma massage focuses on the balance and movement of life energy (qi , chi, or prana) within the body. It is a whole body massage which uses circular vibratory pressure applied to the body’s energy pathways (meridians).  Techniques used in Amma therapy aim to remove blockages and free the flow of energy in the body, thereby, restoring, promoting, and maintaining optimum health.

Chakra Balancing
During a chakra balancing session, the practitioner helps the client to balance their energy system, the chakras and the aura.  The practitioner moves through a series of hand positions, that are on or above the 7 main chakras, or energy centers of the body, as well as several important minor ones.  Energy flows to and through each chakra area promoting the release of blocks and stagnant energy, bringing balance and a free flow of energy to the body, mind and spirit.

Reiki
During a Reiki session, the client's energy system is balanced and restored through gentle hands-on healing.  The practitioner places her hands on or above the client's, in a sequence of positions, beginning at the head and ending at the feet.  Reiki, a Universal healing energy, is channeled through the hands of the practitioner.  The practitioner acts as a facilitator of the flow of energy, it will be directed to the places where it is most needed.  Reiki is a relaxing and rejuvenating.

Body-Centered Expressive Therapy
In Body-Centered Expressive Therapy (BCET), the client checks-in with his/her physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual self.  The client chooses what s/he wants to focus on during a session.   Exploration is done through drawing, movement, dialogue, guided imagery, and/or writing.  Concerns, needs and desires are addressed;  insights and new ways of being, thinking, and feeling are discovered;  all offering a sense of integration and well-being.   It is a great opportunity to tune into oneself and listen, finding what's truly important and meaningful.
